Gorgeous Floyd - a 14 yr. old Selle Francais/Thoroughbred cross. Floyd is a Bonjour baby and he is a barn favorite. Floyd suffered a tragic accident at an early age, leaving him deaf, unable to see very well, and with lasting neurological effects. He was to be put to sleep but I agreed to take him in. Many doubted that he would ever be able to be ridden but he has proved them wrong. Never Say Never!! Today, Floyd is the leader of the pack, healthy, strong, and beautiful.
Sunny's Thirteen (Sunny-Do)
Sunny is a 13 yr. old Thoroughbred who is my jumper. Sunny is a grandson of the 1983 Kentucky Derby winner, Sunny's Halo. Sunny is a big (17.1) goofball and thinks he runs the show. He is a funny guy.

Sweet Daisy Mae
Daisy Mae is an 8 yr. old off the track Thoroughbred mare. She suffered a terrible accident at Pinnacle in the fall of 2008. Daisy flipped over in the starting gate. The general consensus by local vets is that she she fractured her right hip, left pelvis, and a few vertebrae over her tailbone. Daisy is also blind in her left eye. However, this darling mare has recovered beautifully and is a lovely ride with a floaty trot and is even being started over fences. She is a favorite of mine.
Gillie and Cole
Gillie(the horse) is an 8 yr. old Thoroughbred gelding who raced in 83 races in the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. He fractured his right sesamoid and it was removed. Gillie was adopted from Canter. (www.canterusa.org). Gillie is used for beginner lessons as he is the most laid back guy you will ever find. We joke that he is in a coma most of the time. Here he is with my son Cole, and boy, doesn't Gillie look excited to be hauled around by a 4 yr. old!

Doodle is a 9 yr. old registered paint. He did the A circuit hunters and is a lovely ride.
Cashmere
Cashmere is a 13 yr. old Thoroughbred mare. She is off the track and spent most of her life having Friesian and Hanoverian babies. She is starting a new career in dressage.
